Jonathan woke up in the dead of night to the sound of his tree lights. He's a terrible and light sleeper, so this wasn’t unusual. However, he did find it odd that someone would be in his living room in the middle of the night.<br><br>“Hello?” Jonathan called out.<br><br>He heard a rustling noise and the lights dimmed. The front door closed, and the living room was dark except for the faint glow of the Christmas lights. Jonathan closed his eyes and focused on the noise. He could tell that whoever was in his home was not just a human. It seemed like they were moving around his Christmas tree.<br><br>“Um, hello?” Jonathan called again.<br><br>He approached the shadowy figure. His eyes opened and he watched as the lights reflected off the figure's pale skin.<br><br>“Mavis?” He asked.
